Do you have the ability to test every ICI directly on the tissue, even within an MOA?

We use one biosimilar (Pembro) for every anti-PD1 patient. We often don't know which drug the patient will get, so we have made the choice to have all of our data on a single aPD1. We have had patients on nivolumab and cemiplimab, including in our validation dataset, and so far it is all concordant. We absolutely plan to do further investigation, but so far, it is working. We have a biosimilar for other MOAs and have seen the same results, but those are yet to be validated for the LDT. Over time, we will include a choice of drug for an ordering provider.
