How can you not test for chemo or TKI or other regimen components?

Our company focuses on immunotherapy. Many others have shown that you can accurately predict chemo and targeted therapy response with organoids and other approaches. If a patient is eligible for a targeted therapy via genomic testing, they get that. With chemo, as we understand it, most providers would much rather give an ICI or other therapy, reserving chemo for when they have no other options. We are focused on finding out whether a patient would respond to ICI whether they are eligible per today's criteria or not.
