How can you trust a biosimilar? (research-grade biosimilar)

We have 100% concordance rate when using biosimilars vs patients getting the original product in the clinic. When we are working with you, you can give us the product you want to use, so it will not always be required to use a biosimilar. There are differences between a drug and a biosimilar. Proteins undergo different chemical modification, glycosylation, and other things. So while there are differences, in order for a biosimilar to be labeled as such, they have to be tested to show similar efficacy. We don't use a clinical biosimilar, as that doesn't exist today for Pembrolizumab, but we use a research-grade biosimilar.
