Where's the robust trial data showing improved patient outcomes?

In our clinical trial data that we presented at SITC 2025, we show a very clear correlation between the platform score and the clinical outcome, which is Complete response (CR), Partial response (PR), Stable disease (SD), or Progressive disease (PD). For most of the patients, we only have the first follow-up scan, so we are still building the long-term follow-up data. Fred Hutch Cancer Center had a paper in April 2024 in JNCI, Utus et al, that shows across hundreds of patients on ICI that the lesion change at first scan is highly predictive for long term OS and PFS. Our data correlates highly with those lesion changes and is very likely also a strong predictor.
