Will insurance cover this as a diagnostic tool? What about the extra biopsy or two?

We are in the process of submitting our CPT Cat III application to get a code. We intend to negotiate with payers and demonstrate the extreme level of clinical utility for patients knowing before starting treatment whether they will respond to a specific ICI or not.
