Elephas Laboratories, LLC ("Elephas Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory and subsidiary of Elephas Biosciences Corporation, provides the ElephasLabs.com website (the "Website") to qualified healthcare professionals and other authorized users, subject to your acceptance of these Website Terms of Service (these "Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Website.
IMPORTANT: If you access or use the Elephas Laboratories Order Management System (the "Portal") available at oms.elephas.com or through links on this Website, your use of the Portal is subject to separate Portal Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Portal's ordering and clinical services features.

1. Scope and Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about Elephas Laboratories, a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory, and our laboratory developed tests, including the eLIVE test. The Website offers general information regarding our services, test ordering procedures, clinical resources, and supporting materials for licensed healthcare providers.
The eLIVE test is a Laboratory Developed Test ("LDT") that uses cytokine profiling from a live tumor biopsy to predict a patient's likelihood of response to immune checkpoint inhibitors. The eLIVE test is available only to licensed healthcare professionals.
2. Intended Users
This Website is intended primarily for licensed healthcare professionals, including but not limited to physicians, oncologists, pathologists, interventional radiologists, and their authorized delegates and support staff. While the Website is publicly accessible, certain content, resources, and services described on the Website are available only to qualified healthcare professionals who meet our credentialing requirements.

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT INTENDED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL JUDGMENT. Accessing the Website from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited. Healthcare providers located outside of the United States should not order tests through our services at this time.

If you register for an account on the Elephas Laboratories Order Management System Portal, your use of the Portal is governed by the separate Portal Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and the Portal Terms and Conditions, the Portal Terms and Conditions shall govern with respect to your use of the Portal.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Wisconsin, in each case located in Dane County, Wisconsin.
